Nathyn has spent more than two decades leading operations, recruitment, people & culture, sales enablement and transformation for multinationals and large national organisations — including national performance transformation at ManpowerGroup.

He founded CRUX to bring those same strategies, systems and analytics to small and medium businesses, in a way that fits their size, budget and culture. His focus is practical: diagnose what is really happening, decide what matters, and build the structure that makes improvement stick.

Nathyn leads CRUX's strategy, client relationships and delivery, and created the C.R.U.X framework — Clarity, Roadmap, Uplift, eXcel — that shapes every engagement.

Chahat leads the technology side of CRUX. His experience spans software and application development, network and systems engineering, integration, automation and AI — built and fixed by hand for well over a decade, long before AI tools made building look easy.

He turns business problems into practical, integrated systems: custom portals and business software, CRM and workflow automation, AI-assisted processes, and the data and reporting foundations underneath.

Within CRUX he owns technical architecture, engineering standards and quality — so what we recommend or build is reliable, secure, maintainable and ready to grow with the business.
